From “Okay” to “Wow!” —How to make your story irresistible (Expanded Version!)
Following standard writing advice will get you a perfectly acceptable book. But whether you want to be published by a New York house, a small press or self-publish your story, you must engage the editor or agent and your readers to accomplish your goals. How do you stand out from the crowd? How do you have your audience clamoring for more?
This day-long seminar by New York Times bestselling author, Susan Squires will focus on all those “extra credit” techniques that make your book irresistible and create an audience for your stories for years to come. With hands-on advice about your WIP, and recommendations on how to use your brain to help your efforts, we’ll spend the day bringing your writing from Okay to Wow.
