EVA’s Jan. 6 2018 Workshop is Going the Distance: Time and Project Management for Writers with Kitty Bucholtz

Kick off your Writing Year with some strategic planning!

Are you stressing out about how much you didn’t get done last year? Are you worried about how to accomplish more without losing your family or your mind?

Wherever you are in your career, time management is often one of the biggest challenges. The first step is to understand that most creative people have more on their To Do list than they can accomplish in their lifetime. So time and project management becomes all about making choices.

The second step is to stop trying to do it all, alone, with a plan you have in your head.

Join us as Kitty Bucholtz helps us to create a personalized plan for the year, a plan that will work for you!

Kitty will present a variety of ways to look at time and project management specifically designed for the writer. Whether you are a plotter or a pantser, this interactive workshop will help you design a game plan to make this year your best ever.

A few of the topics that will be covered include:
• breaking down your goals
• organizing your calendar (physical and/or electronic)
• tracking your accomplishments
• choosing rewards

It’s a new year! We can forget the mistakes and disappointments of the past and focus on what we can do now to change the future.
